If you announced yourselves for or several of our services, recognize the following RULES as obligatorily:

The category of your web page must be indicated truthfully.

We are not responsible for sites, to which we link on our homepage or
on member sites.  Hereby, we dissociate expressly from all contents of
the web pages linked through our banner exchange, and do
not claim to own them.  With offence against our RULES we
reserve the right to an immediate and durable blockage of the account
concerned.  With particularly serious cases, we will charge in addition.  The present Agreement can be quit by both parties, without
indication of reasons, and without notice.  

We ensure neither the each-early or normal operation, or the continuous use and availability of this service.  

The use takes place on your own responsibility and risk.  For unexpected incidents we do not take over responsibility.  We assume no responsibility for damage on the part of users.  We reserve the right to change the RULES at any time without previous announcement.  This is communicated to each user, and he must accept the changed RULES, in order to be able to use the SERVICE further.  If the user accepts the changes, these become immediately effective.

If the user does NOT accept the changed RULES, he is not entitled to participate further.
